SPITZ RESTAURANT

Anyone who has ever studied or traveled around Western Europe knows how amazing a Döner kebab can be. Döner kebab is Turkish dish made of lamb meat cooked on a vertical spit and sliced off to order. Two very clever students from Occidental College, Bryce Rademan and Robert Wicklund decided to open up Spitz restaurant with the idea of staying true to the Döner kebab. Not only is the food fantastic, it is also extremely affordable!

On Saturdays they offer All Day Happy Hour! $4 Sangria, $3 Draft Beer, and $1 Pita Chips with Hummus. This place also satisfies my incredible obsession with heaping portions of sweet potatoes fries, and so far these are some of the best i have ever had!
